Polly Hastie, NP-C, RN, MSN, founded Uplift with Polly in 2020 to pursue her passion for aiding people in finding renewed vitality and confidence. Polly holds four degrees and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Years of work in hospitals and eight more working hands-on assisting an esteemed cosmetic surgeon have made Polly exceptionally talented, experienced, and safety-centric.
As aesthetic science continues to evolve, Polly is committed to attending training conferences and seminars to remain at the forefront of technological innovations. In fact, her visibility and renown in aesthetic continuing education have made her an “accidental” sought-after teacher and trainer. She is known as a safety-first, empathetic practitioner specializing in deligtfully natural results. More than 95% of her clients are referrals, regulars, or repeats, a testimony to her esteem in the aesthetic field.

I’m a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) originally from Canada, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN, 2020) and initial training as a Registered Massage Therapist. Since earning my RN in 2015, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside two esteemed dermatologists—Dr. Karen Nern and Dr. Jean Urquhart assisting with expert skincare consultations and treatments since 2016.
Working in dermatology ignited my passion for skin health, sun protection, and evidence-based skincare routines—especially under Colorado’s intense sun. My time spent in Dermatology helped me develop my passion for aesthetics and helping my clients find an enhanced youthful and refreshed appearance.
When I launched SoulbeautyRN, I wanted a name that identified with inner beauty while providing and an individualized treatment plan to meet each clients’ goals. Whether you’re seeking advanced aesthetic treatments, everyday protection tips, or a soothing therapeutic session, I tailor every aspect of your experience to meet your vision.

Christy graduated from the School of Botanical and Medical Aesthetics as a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Advanced Sugarist. She holds certifications in Micorneedling, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels, Hyperpigmentation and Acne Treatments. She brings her tool belt of personalized aesthetic services to Advanced Aesthetics & Laser Clinic.
With her passion rooted deeply in aesthetics, she believes that knowledge and understanding has power. With that, not only will Christy take you to a world of relaxation and tranquility while on her table, but it feels equally important to her to create a partnership of learning and growth with her clients while they are on their journey to their best skin. Christy will help you radiate from the inside out!
When Christy is not geeking out on skin – you will find her trying to keep up with her husband and two very busy daughters! Adventurous travel with her family is her love language…and skincare products! She loves her skincare products!
